This course is designed to develop fundamental listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills in the French language. Basic grammar and pronunciation are emphasized. An introduction to Frenchphone culture is included.

This course develops increased listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills, as well as cultural awareness. More vocabulary and advanced grammar is introduced and previously learned skills are reinforced.

Honors French I
In addition to the skills/grammar/culture introduced in French I, students will be required to produce projects and learn added vocabulary. Culture will be emphasized through written and oral reports.

This course is designed to better prepare the student who wishes to continue with higher levels of this language. In addition to the material in the regular level II class, advanced grammar, vocabulary, and oral skills will be pursued.
