SFC Cheerleaders Bring Home the Gold
SFC Cheerleaders attended the Universal Cheerleaders Association Stunt Camp in Orlando June 17-20. The team earned top blue Superior ribbon honors in all evaluations. They were awarded a trophy and blue ribbon for second place in the all-girl home dance competition.
Additionally the team was awarded a gold Superior ribbon for second place in the all-girl varsity division extreme routine. A gold Superior ribbon was also awarded to the team for their overall performance throughout the camp. The team received an invitation to the pre-game performance of the 2012 Capital One Bowl held at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando over the New Year holiday.
“This has been the most successful SFC Cheerleading Team summer camp performance ever. The girls worked very hard and are looking forward to an amazing 2011-2012 season,” Coach Kyle Moreno said.
The following girls attended camp: Seniors Jessica Martinez (Captain), Jazmin Montes; Junior Ashley Berrazueta; Sophomores Cassie Clinger, Gabi Larrea; Freshmen Lizette Montes, Emily Montero, Jordan White, Hunter Hicks, Laura Sincage, and Anna McQueen.
